Improving Mental Health through Artistic Exploration

Young people across Victoria are struggling with their mental health more than ever.

Connecting like-minded people through their love of art, Hearts and Minds programs provide a space for people to gather by removing barriers to participation that may be financial, physical, and/or social. Participants develop confidence through mastery of artistic skills and presentation of public outcomes and they develop connections with peers and mentors.
