Intergenerational weaving workshops in the grounds of Newcomb Park Primary School. Learn how to create a beautiful ephemeral weaving installation out of natural materials with fibre artist Caroline Hawkins. Bring the grandkids. Caroline will offer guidance in basic basketweaving techniques to assist participants in making their contributions to the finished artwork.

Note: this is an outdoor event. Please wear sturdy weather-appropriate clothing and be prepared to get dirty! The weaving will be created on an outdoor fence, so kneeling and bending will be required to fully participate.
