Creative Mindfulness Workshops for Adults
In the midst of busy lives, finding moments of calm, connection, and creativity can be transformative. Welcome to Creative Mindfulness—a series of cosy workshops designed as a sanctuary for adults to unwind, nurture themselves, and connect with like-minded individuals.
What to Expect
In each Creative Mindfulness session, the focus is on the present moment. You'll have the chance to gently explore various art materials, experimenting each week with new mediums such as alcohol inks, acrylics, coloured pencils, pastels, collage, and fabrics. No artistic experience is needed—just come ready to play, with no pressure for a finished product.
These creative activities help ground participants in the here and now, allowing them to leave behind external stresses and fully engage in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
No Art Experience Required
Whether you're a seasoned artist or haven’t held a paintbrush since childhood, Creative Mindfulness is open to all levels. Our focus is on enjoying the process, and messes and conversations are warmly welcomed, as the best ideas often emerge from open and playful exchanges.
